Vietnam to Zambia visa requirements
Vietnamese ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Zambia and should apply online for a Zambia eVisa (tourist) before travel. Vietnam appears on Zambia's official "Nationals Requiring Visa Prior to Travel" list (item 50), so a Vietnamese ordinary passport holder cannot enter Zambia visa-free. The recommended channel is the Zambia eVisa, applied for online through the Department of Immigration e-Services portal before departure. A single-entry tourist visa costs USD 25 (double entry USD 40, multiple entry USD 75, the latter only available online). The visa is valid for entry within 90 days, and all ordinary visitors and tourists are entitled to a stay of up to 90 days within any 12-month period. Passports must have at least six months' validity from the date of entry and at least three full blank pages. Standard online processing is about 3 business days. Although Zambia offers visa-on-arrival at major ports for certain nationalities, the official immigration site places Vietnam in the "prior to travel" category, so travelers should secure an eVisa in advance rather than rely on arrival issuance. Zambia is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen and ETIAS rules do not apply.
