Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) to Uruguay visa requirements

Taiwan ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Uruguay for tourism. The process is in-person, takes roughly 20–30 working days, and the consular fee is around USD 42, payable on approval. A standard tourist visa is commonly issued as single-entry with up to a 30-day stay, with the visa valid for entry within 90 days of issuance. Given the consistent agreement across authoritative sources that Taiwan is not on Uruguay's visa-exempt list, the verdict is visa-required.
