Taiwan ordinary passport holders need an eVisa to visit Chad. Apply online at the official portal evisa.td before traveling; there is no visa-free entry and no visa on arrival. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry, and all arrivals must register with local police within 72 hours. Chad is in Central Africa and is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
