No visa needed. Taiwan ordinary passport holders can enter Singapore visa-free for tourism for up to 30 days; you must submit the free SG Arrival Card (SGAC) before arrival. Holders of an ordinary Taiwan (ROC) passport do not need a visa to visit Singapore for business or social visits, including tourism, for up to 30 days. Taiwan is not on Singapore's list of travel documents that require an entry visa, so travelers receive a digital Visit Pass (e-Pass) on arrival rather than applying for a visa in advance. The actual length of stay is granted by an Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officer at the checkpoint and may be shorter than 30 days. The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with electronic health declaration is mandatory for visitors clearing immigration, is not a visa, is free through ICA, and must be submitted online within 3 days before arrival (including the arrival day). Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months on the date of entry. There is no visa fee for this route.
