Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) to Cambodia visa requirements

Taiwan ordinary passport holders need a visa for Cambodia. The easiest option is the official eVisa (single-entry tourist, 30-day stay) applied for online before travel; visa on arrival is also available at major airports and land borders. As of 2026, holders of an ordinary Taiwan (ROC) passport are NOT visa-exempt for Cambodia. Cambodia's visa waiver covers only a short list of ASEAN and a few other countries (e.g. Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Philippines), and only Taiwan diplomatic/official/service/special passports get a 14-day exemption — ordinary passports do not. Tourists must obtain a visa via one of two channels: the official online eVisa (recommended, single entry, up to 30 days) at evisa.gov.kh, or a visa on arrival at international airports (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville) and major land borders. The official eVisa visa fee is USD 30 for the tourist (T) class; the government portal charges a small processing/service fee on top (commonly USD 6, total around USD 36). Visa on arrival is USD 30 paid in cash at the counter. Separately, since 2024-2025 ALL air arrivals must also complete the free Cambodia e-Arrival card online at arrival.gov.kh within 7 days before arrival (land borders still use paper forms). Passport must be valid at least 6 months with at least one blank page. If unsure, default to applying for the eVisa in advance for the smoothest entry.
