🇹🇷Türkiye🇺🇿UzbekistanTR-UZ Türkiye to Uzbekistan visa requirements
Turkish ordinary passport holders can enter Uzbekistan visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism or short visits. No visa, eVisa, or pre-registration is required before travel. Since 10 February 2018, Uzbekistan has granted visa-free entry to holders of ordinary Turkish passports for stays of up to 30 days. This remains in force as of 2026, confirmed by both the official Uzbekistan government portal (gov.uz, where Turkey is listed at item 56 under "up to 30 days") and the IATA-aligned visa policy records. No visa or electronic authorization is needed to board or enter. Travelers simply present a passport valid for the duration of stay (6 months recommended) at the border. Hotels and accommodation providers handle mandatory guest registration automatically; independent or private-stay travelers should register within 3 working days. The 30-day limit is strict and applies per entry; overstays incur fines. For stays beyond 30 days, a separate visa (including the Uzbekistan e-Visa) is required. Uzbekistan is in Central Asia and is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
