Türkiye to eSwatini visa requirements

Turkish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to eSwatini. Turkey is on eSwatini's visa-exempt list and is granted up to 30 days visa-free on arrival, free of charge. You just need a passport valid for at least 3 months, proof of onward/return travel, and sufficient funds. As of 1 June 2026, holders of an ordinary Turkish passport enjoy visa-free entry to the Kingdom of eSwatini (formerly Swaziland) for tourism and short visits. Turkey appears on eSwatini's official visa-exempt list, which entitles nationals to stay up to 30 days without obtaining a visa in advance or paying any entry fee. The 30-day permit is granted by the Immigration Officer at the port of entry (Matsapha/King Mswati III International Airport, or land borders shared with South Africa and Mozambique). To be admitted, travelers must present a passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended stay with at least two blank pages, evidence of a return or onward ticket (or proof of sufficient funds / a cash deposit), and proof of accommodation or funds to cover the visit. The final entry decision always rests with the Immigration Officer. eSwatini launched an eVisa portal (evisa.gov.sz) in 2025 for nationalities that DO require a visa; this does not apply to Turkish citizens, who remain visa-exempt. Stays longer than 30 days require a Temporary Residence Permit (not a tourist visa extension at the border) applied for through the Ministry of Home Affairs. eSwatini is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules are irrelevant here. Travelers transiting via South Africa or Mozambique should confirm those countries' separate transit/entry rules.
