No visa is required. Turkish ordinary passport holders can enter Serbia visa-free and stay up to 90 days within any 6-month period for tourism, transit, or short visits. Türkiye (Turkey) and Serbia maintain a mutual visa-waiver agreement signed in Belgrade on 12 July 2010 (in force since 3 December 2010). Under it, Turkish ordinary passport holders need no visa for tourism or transit and may stay up to 90 days within a 6-month period counted from the date of first entry. Serbia is NOT a Schengen member, so the EU Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to a Serbia visit; the 90-day allowance here is governed solely by the bilateral Serbia-Turkey arrangement. Turkish citizens may also enter Serbia using a valid biometric national ID card instead of a passport. Entry is for short-stay purposes only; paid work, study, or residence requires the appropriate residence/work permit. Both the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirm the visa-free status as of 2026.
