Do Türkiye passport holders need a visa to visit Philippines?

No visa needed. Türkiye ordinary passport holders may enter the Philippines visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. Holders of an ordinary Türkiye (TR) passport do not need a visa for short tourist visits to the Philippines. Turkey is on the Philippines' visa-free list, granting an initial stay of up to 30 days under the Temporary Visitor (9A) entry. You must carry a passport valid for at least six months beyond your stay, hold a confirmed onward or return ticket, and complete the mandatory, free eTravel (Philippine Travel Information System) registration within 72 hours before arrival to obtain a QR code. The 30-day stay can be extended at a Bureau of Immigration office, first to 59 days via a 9(a) visa waiver and further thereafter. Entry is for tourism/short visits only — paid work or business activity is not permitted on this status.
