Türkiye to Peru visa requirements

No visa required. Turkish ordinary passport holders can enter Peru visa-free for tourism for up to 183 days within a 365-day period (immigration officers commonly grant up to 90 days at the border). Turkey (TR) ordinary passport holders do not need a visa for tourism or short visits to Peru. Peru grants visa-free entry to Turkish citizens, and under Peru's Foreigner Law (Legislative Decree 1350, as modified November 2023) the maximum tourist stay is 183 accumulated days within any 365-day period. In practice, the duration granted is at the discretion of the immigration officer at the port of entry, and many travelers receive 90 days; the stay is non-extendable for most nationalities (only Bolivian, Ecuadorian and Colombian citizens can extend). Entry is recorded electronically through the virtual Tarjeta Andina de Migracion (TAM / Andean Migration Card) when the passport is scanned, so no paper card is required. To enter, the passport should be valid for at least six months and have blank pages; officers may ask for proof of onward or return travel and sufficient funds for the stay. There is no visa fee for a visa-free tourist entry. Working, studying or staying beyond the authorized tourist period requires the appropriate visa obtained in advance. Overstaying incurs a daily fine payable to Migraciones on departure. Verified against Wikipedia's visa-requirements dataset (which lists Peru as visa not required, 183 days for Turkish citizens) and Peru's Superintendencia Nacional de Migraciones guidance for tourists.
