Türkiye to Kyrgyzstan visa requirements

No visa needed. Turkish ordinary passport holders can enter Kyrgyzstan visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism. Turkey ordinary passport holders do not need a visa to visit Kyrgyzstan for short tourist or business stays. Under a long-standing bilateral visa-waiver agreement (in force since 2006), Turkish citizens may enter and stay visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Importantly, the visa-free reduction Kyrgyzstan introduced via Cabinet Resolution No. 855 (effective 31 December 2025), which cut many countries to 30 days within a 60-day period, does NOT apply to Turkey — Turkey keeps its more generous 90/180 allowance. Travelers simply need a passport valid for the duration of stay (best practice: 6 months validity) and proof of onward plans/funds if asked. No e-Visa, visa-on-arrival, or pre-registration is required for this short tourist channel. Kyrgyzstan is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules are irrelevant here.
