Türkiye to Ecuador visa requirements

No visa required. Turkish ordinary passport holders can enter Ecuador visa-free for tourism and receive a 90-day tourist stamp (T-3) on arrival, free of charge. Ecuador has one of the world's most open visa policies. Turkey is NOT on Ecuador's visa-required list, so an ordinary Turkish passport holder may enter for tourism without any visa. On arrival, immigration grants a free T-3 tourist stamp valid for up to 90 days, and this allowance is counted within a rolling 12-month period (365 days), not per entry. You must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months with blank pages, and you should be able to show proof of onward/return travel and sufficient funds if asked. The 90 days can be extended once by 90 additional days at an Ecuadorian immigration (migration) office within the same chronological year for a fee, giving a theoretical maximum of 180 days. Stays beyond that, or for purposes other than tourism (work, study, residence), require an appropriate visa obtained in advance. Ecuador is in South America and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Travelers continuing to the Galapagos Islands must additionally buy a Transit Control Card (TCT) and pay the Galapagos National Park entry fee.
