Türkiye to Belarus visa requirements

Turkish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for a short tourist visit to Belarus. Under the bilateral visa-waiver agreement they may stay up to 30 days per entry, with a total of no more than 90 days within any 12-month period from the date of first entry. Mandatory: a valid passport plus health insurance covering Belarus with a minimum of EUR 10,000. Note: the visa-free air channel does not apply when arriving directly from or departing directly to Russia. Turkey and Belarus maintain a mutual visa-abolition agreement, so a Turkey ordinary passport holder can enter Belarus visa-free for tourism. The maximum continuous stay is 30 days per entry, and total stays must not exceed 90 days within any year counted from the date of first entry. This is a bilateral arrangement, separate from Belarus's unilateral 30-day visa-free program for 38 European countries. No application, fee, or eVisa is required for a short tourist trip. Travelers must hold a valid passport and, critically, must present valid health insurance covering Belarus with a minimum sum insured of EUR 10,000 at the border; those without it will be required to buy a policy at the airport or be refused entry. A key operational restriction: the visa-free regime for air arrivals does not apply to passengers arriving directly from, or departing directly to, the Russian Federation (Minsk and Moscow share a common visa area with no border controls), so travelers should route through a third country. Stays longer than 30 days, or travel for work, study, or family reunification, require a visa from the Belarus Embassy in Ankara or Consulate General in Istanbul.
