🇹🇭Thailand🇵🇰PakistanTH-PK Thailand to Pakistan visa requirements
Thai passport holders need an eVisa to visit Pakistan for tourism. Apply online at visa.nadra.gov.pk before travel. A Thailand ordinary passport holder requires a visa to enter Pakistan for tourism. The correct channel is Pakistan's online eVisa, applied for in advance through the official Pakistan Online Visa System (visa.nadra.gov.pk). From August 2024 until end of December 2025, Thai travelers (among 126 nationalities) could use a free Visa Prior to Arrival that was typically approved within 48 hours. However, effective January 1, 2026, Pakistan suspended the free Visa Prior to Arrival / Visa-on-Arrival route. Tourists from these countries, including Thailand, must now apply for and pay for a standard tourist eVisa, which requires more supporting documents (proof of accommodation, travel details) and longer processing times of roughly up to 7-10 business days. There is no visa-on-arrival for Thai nationals (VOA remains only for GCC states and certain others). Pakistan is not part of the Schengen area, so the 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Travelers should apply only through the official portal and well ahead of departure.
