Singapore to Senegal visa requirements

Singapore ordinary passport holders can enter Senegal visa-free for tourist stays of up to 90 days. No visa or pre-arrival approval is required as of June 2026. As of June 2026, holders of an ordinary Singapore passport do not need a visa to enter Senegal for tourism or short visits. They may stay up to 90 days visa-free. This exemption is reciprocal: Senegal grants Singaporeans visa-free access and Singapore allows Senegalese nationals 30 days visa-free. In July 2025 Senegal's Council of Ministers approved plans to introduce a mandatory electronic visa, but it is reciprocity-based and targets nationals of countries that require visas from Senegalese citizens (such as France, the US, Canada, the UK and China). Because Singapore does not require visas from Senegalese nationals, Singaporeans are expected to remain visa-free. At arrival in Dakar (Blaise Diagne International Airport, DSS), travelers undergo biometric capture (fingerprints and photo). A passport valid at least 6 months, proof of onward travel and proof of accommodation are advisable, and a yellow fever vaccination is recommended. Travelers should confirm the latest status before departure, as the eVisa rollout could change the rules at short notice.
