Singapore to Rwanda visa requirements

Singapore ordinary passport holders can visit Rwanda visa-free for up to 90 days. No visa or fee is required before or on arrival. As of 30 May 2026, holders of an ordinary Singapore passport do not need a visa to enter Rwanda for tourism or short visits. Singapore is on Rwanda's special list of nationalities granted a 90-day stay free of charge upon arrival, confirmed by both Rwanda's Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration and Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. While Rwanda technically offers visa-on-arrival to all nationalities since 2018, Singaporeans fall into the privileged category that pays nothing and receives the longer 90-day permit, so for practical purposes this is a visa-free entry. Travelers still need a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended departure date from Rwanda, and a yellow fever vaccination certificate if arriving from or transiting through a yellow fever endemic country. No advance application, eVisa, or pre-registration is required, though carrying proof of onward travel and accommodation is advisable. Travelers should reconfirm details close to departure as Rwanda has periodically adjusted its visa arrangements.
