Singapore to Palestinian Territory visa requirements

Singapore ordinary passport holders do not need a separate Palestinian visa, but access to the West Bank is controlled by Israel. Since 1 January 2025, visa-exempt nationals (including Singapore) must obtain an Israeli Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) before arrival; it covers tourist stays of up to 90 days. Gaza is effectively closed to tourists. Palestine has no independent visa system. Per the visa policy of Palestine, "there are no visa conditions imposed on foreign nationals other than those imposed by the visa policy of Israel." All overland and air access to the West Bank passes through Israeli-controlled border points (Ben Gurion Airport, Allenby/King Hussein Bridge from Jordan, and other crossings), so a Singapore traveler is admitted under Israel's rules. Singapore is on Israel's visa-exempt list, meaning no consular visa is required for short tourism. However, effective 1 January 2025 Israel made the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) mandatory for all visa-exempt visitors, including Singaporeans. The ETA-IL must be obtained online before travel (recommended at least 72 hours / 3 days ahead), costs ILS 25, is valid for up to two years or until the passport expires, and permits stays of up to 90 days per entry. On arrival, Israeli immigration issues an electronic entry permit (a paper stamp/slip is usually given instead of a passport stamp). Travelers heading into Palestinian Authority areas may receive a permit valid only for PA-controlled zones. Gaza is controlled by Hamas, its crossings (Erez, Rafah) are largely closed, and it is not accessible for ordinary tourism. Note: the Singapore MFA currently advises Singaporeans to defer all travel to the region due to the security situation (advisory of 1 March 2026), so this guidance reflects the legal entry framework rather than a recommendation to travel.
