Singapore to Kuwait visa requirements

Singapore ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa in advance from an embassy. They can obtain a Kuwait eVisa online before travel, or a visa on arrival when entering by air. Both are quick and inexpensive. Singapore is one of about 53 countries/territories whose ordinary passport holders are eligible for Kuwait's eVisa and visa-on-arrival facility. For a short tourist visit, the recommended route is to apply online for the eVisa via Kuwait's Ministry of Interior portal (kuwaitvisa.moi.gov.kw) before departure; this avoids queues and the risk of being turned away at the counter. Alternatively, a visa on arrival can be obtained at Kuwait International Airport for the same nationality. Important: the eVisa/VoA facility applies to arrivals BY AIR only. Travellers entering by land or sea must arrange a visa in advance. The single-entry tourist visa is generally valid for up to 90 days from issue with a permitted stay of up to 30 days (commonly extendable once for a further 30 days).
