Singapore to Benin visa requirements

Singapore ordinary passport holders can enter Benin visa-free for tourist stays of up to 14 days. For visits longer than 14 days, an official Benin eVisa (evisa.bj) is required. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry. Singapore citizens holding an ordinary passport enjoy 14-day visa-free entry to Benin for tourism, a benefit in place since 22 September 2020 and confirmed by the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A short tourist trip of two weeks or less therefore requires no visa. Travelers who plan to stay longer than 14 days must obtain a Benin eVisa through the official government portal (evisa.bj) before departure: a 30-day single-entry eVisa costs 50 EUR, a 30-day multiple-entry 75 EUR, and a 90-day multiple-entry 100 EUR, with processing usually within 48-96 hours (apply at least 7 days ahead). Regardless of visa status, all travelers must carry a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate and a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended departure date.
