Saudi Arabia to Uganda visa requirements

Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holders need an eVisa to visit Uganda for tourism. Apply online before travel through Uganda's official immigration eVisa portal; the visa is single-entry and allows a stay of up to 90 days. A Saudi Arabian ordinary passport holder traveling to Uganda for tourism is NOT visa-exempt and must obtain an eVisa in advance. Uganda's visa-exemption list (covering East African Community members and a set of other African, Caribbean and selected nations) does not include Saudi Arabia or any Middle Eastern country, so Saudi citizens fall under the standard visa regime. The recommended and standard route is the single-entry Tourist eVisa, applied for online through Uganda's official immigration portal (visas.immigration.go.ug). The government fee is USD 50, the visa is single-entry, it is valid for use within 90 days of approval, and it permits a stay of up to 90 days (3 months). Standard processing is typically a few business days; travelers should apply at least one to two weeks ahead. While a paper visa-on-arrival has historically been possible at Entebbe, Uganda has moved to an online eVisa system and pre-approval is strongly recommended to avoid being denied boarding or entry. Travelers should also carry a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate, which is mandatory for entry to Uganda. Those planning to also visit Kenya and Rwanda in one trip may instead choose the multi-entry East Africa Tourist Visa (USD 100), valid 90 days across the three countries.
