Saudi Arabia to Philippines visa requirements

Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourist stays of up to 30 days in the Philippines. Saudi Arabia is on the Philippines' Executive Order 408 no-visa list. A free online eTravel registration is required before arrival. Holders of an ordinary Saudi Arabia passport may enter the Philippines without a visa for tourism or business for an initial stay of up to 30 days under Executive Order 408 (as amended). Saudi Arabia is explicitly included on the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs / Bureau of Immigration no-visa entry list. To qualify, the traveler must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay and possess a return or onward ticket. The 30-day visa-free admission can be extended at a Bureau of Immigration office (typically a first extension of 29 days, with further extensions possible up to the legal maximum). Separately, all arriving travelers regardless of nationality must complete the free online eTravel Pass registration within 72 hours before arrival, which generates a QR code presented at check-in and immigration; this is a health and arrival declaration, not a visa. The Philippines is in Southeast Asia and is not part of the Schengen Area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. There is no eVisa or visa-on-arrival requirement for Saudi nationals for short tourist visits because the visa-free channel applies directly.
