Saudi Arabia to Lebanon visa requirements

No advance visa is required. As a GCC national, a Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holder receives a free entry permit (visa on arrival) at the Lebanese border for tourism, valid for up to 6 months. Saudi Arabia is a member of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and Lebanon grants all GCC nationals visa-exempt entry processed as a free visa/entry permit on arrival. A Saudi ordinary passport holder traveling to Lebanon for tourism does not need to apply for a visa before departure. On arrival at Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport (or any land border), General Security issues a free entry stamp permitting a stay of up to 6 months per calendar year, extendable to one year free of charge through the General Directorate of General Security. The exemption also extends to accompanying family members. Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay, present a confirmed return/onward ticket, and provide a Lebanese contact address and phone number. A critical requirement applies to all visitors: the passport must contain no Israeli stamps, visas, or seals, which would result in refusal of entry. Lebanon is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Because the entry permit is issued and stamped at the port of entry rather than obtained in advance, the best classification is a free visa on arrival.
