🇸🇦Saudi Arabia🇦🇲ArmeniaSA-AM Saudi Arabia to Armenia visa requirements
No visa is required. Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holders can enter Armenia visa-free for tourism. Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holders do not need a visa to visit Armenia for tourism. Saudi nationals have benefited from visa-free entry to Armenia since mid-2025, and on 22 February 2026 Armenia joined a Gulf-centred visa-free travel bloc together with the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, making visa-free travel permanent. Under that agreement, Saudi citizens may stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period; Armenia's general visa-free regime also permits a cumulative stay of up to 180 days within one year. Entry is allowed at international airports (primarily Zvartnots, Yerevan) and at designated land-border crossings. No eVisa, visa-on-arrival, or pre-arrival application is needed for Saudi citizens, although an electronic pre-registration portal supports the new bloc. Travelers should carry a passport valid for the duration of stay (six months' validity is the safe standard), proof of onward travel and accommodation, and sufficient funds. Armenia is not in the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to Armenia.
