No visa is required. Russian ordinary passport holders can enter Trinidad and Tobago visa-free for tourism for up to 3 months (90 days). Russian Federation ordinary passport holders do not need a visa for short tourist or business visits to Trinidad and Tobago. The official Ministry of Foreign Affairs and CARICOM Affairs schedule of visa requirements states that for Russia "Visa not required for up to three (3) months for entry for Vacation or Business" (Cabinet Note No. 1352, Statutory Instrument SI 09/10, effective 30 December 2010). The traveller is admitted visa-free at the discretion of an Immigration Officer, who sets the actual length of stay (commonly up to 90 days) on arrival. Prior approval/visa is still required for employment or any other purpose. There is no eVisa, ETA or visa-on-arrival scheme involved for tourism. To be admitted, the visitor needs a passport valid for at least six months, a confirmed return or onward ticket, proof of sufficient funds, and evidence of accommodation. Trinidad and Tobago is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Travellers must also complete the mandatory T&T electronic Immigration/Customs declaration before arrival.
