Tourist e-Visa fees for Portugal are USD 10/25 (30-day, by season), USD 40 (1-year), or USD 200 (5-year), plus 3% bank charges. Portuguese passport holders must obtain an e-Visa or regular/paper visa before traveling to India. Apply at least 4 days before arrival: 30-day tourist applications can be made up to 30 days ahead, while 1-year/5-year tourist and most other e-Visa categories can be made up to 120 days ahead. Passport needs at least 6 months validity for e-Visa and 2 blank pages. e-Visa entry is limited to the listed 33 airports and 33 seaports; land-border entry requires the appropriate regular visa. Foreigners must also submit India's e-Arrival Card within 72 hours before arrival.
