Poland to Zambia visa requirements

Polish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to Zambia. As an EU member state, Poland was added to Zambia's visa-waiver list under Statutory Instrument No. 69 of 2022. You are normally granted up to 30 days on arrival (extendable to a maximum of 90 days within a 12-month period). No visa, no eVisa, and no fee are required for entry. Zambia abolished visa requirements for European Union nationals in November 2022 via Statutory Instrument No. 69 of 2022, and Poland is covered as an EU member. A Polish ordinary passport holder can therefore travel to Zambia for tourism without any visa. On arrival the immigration officer issues a tourist entry permit, typically valid for an initial stay of up to 30 days, which can be extended twice (30 days each) up to a maximum of 90 days in a rolling 12-month period. The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond entry and contain at least three blank pages. There is no visa fee. Final admission is always at the discretion of the immigration officer at the port of entry. Note: visa-free entry is one-directional - Zambian citizens still need a visa for Poland/Schengen, and Zambia is NOT in the Schengen area (the 90/180 Schengen rule and ETIAS do not apply to entering Zambia).
