Poland to South Sudan visa requirements

Polish ordinary passport holders need a visa for South Sudan. The simplest route is the official eVisa (single-entry tourist visa) applied for online before travel and printed to present at Juba International Airport. South Sudan is not visa-free for Polish (PL) ordinary passport holders and is not part of any visa-waiver or Schengen arrangement with Poland. The recommended channel for a short tourist visit is the official South Sudan eVisa, issued by the Department of e-Visa and Immigration Service through the government portal (evisa.gov.ss). A single-entry tourist eVisa for European nationals typically costs around USD 100, is valid roughly 90 days from issue, and allows a short stay (commonly up to 30 days). Applicants create an account, upload passport bio-page, a passport photo and a yellow fever vaccination certificate, provide accommodation/guarantor details and a return ticket, then pay by card. The eVisa is currently recognised only at Juba International Airport, so land/other-airport arrivals still require an embassy visa. Standard processing is about 3-5 business days (some providers quote up to 72 hours; allow at least 7 working days to be safe). Note that the eVisa application generally cannot be submitted more than 7 days before the intended arrival date. A yellow fever certificate is mandatory, and passports must be valid at least 6 months with a blank visa page.
