Poland to Serbia visa requirements

Polish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourist visits to Serbia. As EU citizens, they may enter visa-free and stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Serbia is not in the Schengen Area, so this is Serbia's own short-stay rule (not the EU/Schengen 90/180 count). No eVisa, ETA, or Digital Travel Authorization is required for EU nationals. Poland is a European Union member state, and Serbia grants visa-free entry to EU/EEA citizens for short stays. A Polish national traveling on an ordinary passport may enter Serbia for tourism, transit, business meetings, or family visits without any visa and stay up to 90 days within a rolling 180-day period, confirmed by the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Serbia is a candidate country but NOT a Schengen or EU member, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entering Serbia; Serbia operates its own 90-in-180 short-stay allowance. Travelers can present a valid Polish passport or even a national ID card for entry. The main administrative requirement is the mandatory registration of stay ("White Card" / Beli karton) with the local police within 24 hours of arrival; hotels and licensed accommodation handle this automatically, but those in private accommodation must register in person. Serbia's Digital Travel Authorization (DTA) launched in 2025 applies only to nationalities that would otherwise require a visa, NOT to visa-exempt EU citizens. Recommended documents include proof of accommodation, sufficient funds, onward/return travel, and travel medical insurance. There are no Serbian visa fees for Polish tourists.
