Poland to Paraguay visa requirements

No visa required. Polish (EU) ordinary passport holders can enter Paraguay visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days. Poland is on Paraguay's visa-exemption list, so Polish ordinary passport holders may travel to Paraguay for tourism or short visits without any visa. The standard visa-free stay is up to 90 days, granted at the discretion of the immigration officer of the Dirección General de Migraciones (National Directorate of Migration) at the port of entry. This is a reciprocal arrangement: Paraguayan citizens likewise enjoy visa-free access to the Schengen area (subject to ETIAS once it launches). Paraguay is in South America and is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entering Paraguay. At the border, travelers should be ready to show a passport valid for at least six months, a return or onward ticket, proof of accommodation, and evidence of sufficient funds. The 90-day stay can usually be extended once, by 90 additional days, at the migration office in Asuncion for a fee before the initial permit expires. There is no application, advance registration, or government fee for ordinary visa-free tourist entry.
