Poland to Palestinian Territory visa requirements

Palestine has no immigration authority of its own, so entry to the West Bank is controlled entirely by Israel. A Polish ordinary passport holder needs no consular visa (Poland is on Israel's visa-exempt list), but since 1 January 2025 must hold an approved ETA-IL electronic travel authorization before arrival. This grants tourist stays of up to 90 days. There is no separate Palestinian visa. A Poland (PL) ordinary passport holder visiting Palestine (the West Bank) for tourism does not apply for any Palestinian visa, because the Palestinian Authority does not run its own border or immigration control. All entry is governed by Israel's visa policy, since travelers reach the West Bank through Israeli-controlled crossings (Ben Gurion Airport, or the Allenby/King Hussein Bridge from Jordan). Poland is a visa-exempt country for Israel, so Polish citizens are not required to obtain a consular visa for short tourist stays. However, effective 1 January 2025, all visa-exempt nationals — including EU/Polish citizens — must obtain an approved ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) before traveling. The ETA-IL costs 25 NIS, is valid up to two years (or until passport expiry), allows multiple entries, and permits stays of up to 90 days per visit. On arrival, no passport stamp is issued; travelers receive a printed entry card. Note that entry via the Allenby Bridge may carry a "Palestinian Authority only" restriction limiting onward movement. Gaza is effectively inaccessible to ordinary tourists. Because Israel ultimately decides admission at the border, travelers should carry proof of onward travel, accommodation, and funds. The ETA-IL verdict is the best single fit for a Polish passport on a short West Bank tourist visit.
