Poland to Panama visa requirements

Polish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for Panama. They may enter visa-free for tourism and stay up to 90 days, provided they hold a passport valid at least 3 months (6 months recommended) and can show proof of onward travel and sufficient funds. Panama grants visa-free entry to citizens of all European Union member states, including Poland, for short tourist visits. Since the rule change effective 1 September 2021, the standard visa-free stay for most visa-exempt nationalities (including Poland) is a maximum of 90 days; only U.S. and Canadian citizens retain a longer 180-day allowance. Panama is located in Central America and is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so neither the Schengen 90/180 rule nor ETIAS applies to entering Panama. No visa, eVisa, or electronic travel authorization is required in advance. At the border, Polish travelers should be prepared to present a passport valid for at least 3 months from the date of entry (6 months is strongly recommended to avoid airline check-in issues), proof of onward or return travel, and evidence of sufficient funds (commonly cited as at least US$500 in cash, bank statement, or credit card). Entry is free of charge. Travelers staying longer than 90 days, or visiting for work, study, or residency, would need the appropriate visa or permit obtained separately.
