Poland to Morocco visa requirements

Polish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourist or short business visits to Morocco. As EU citizens, they may enter visa-free and stay up to 90 days per visit. Morocco grants visa-free entry to all European Union member states, including Poland, for short stays of up to 90 days for tourism, business, or family visits. A Polish citizen simply needs a passport valid for at least six months beyond the planned stay, and at the border may be asked for proof of onward/return travel, accommodation, and sufficient funds. Morocco is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to a trip to Morocco; the 90-day allowance is Morocco's own national limit per entry. Morocco operates an eVisa system, but it covers nationalities that are NOT visa-exempt (e.g. some Asian and African countries) and does not apply to Polish travelers. The temporary AEVM electronic travel authorization introduced for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations applied only to eight specific African countries and ended on 25 January 2026; it never applied to EU/Polish nationals. As of 30 May 2026, no pre-arrival authorization or fee is required for a Polish passport holder visiting Morocco for a short stay. To remain longer than 90 days, a Polish citizen must apply for residence/extension at the local police prefecture in Morocco.
