🇵🇱Poland🇰🇿KazakhstanPL-KZ Poland to Kazakhstan visa requirements
Polish ordinary passport holders can travel to Kazakhstan visa-free for tourism for up to 30 calendar days per entry. No visa or eVisa is needed in advance. As a member of the European Union, Poland benefits from Kazakhstan's unilateral visa-free regime. Holders of an ordinary Polish passport may enter Kazakhstan without a visa for tourism, private visits or short business meetings for up to 30 calendar days per entry. There is no per-entry visa fee and no advance application. The cumulative stay must not exceed 90 calendar days within any 180-day period, and total stays must not exceed 120 days within a single calendar year. A valid passport is sufficient at the border. The host party (hotel or private host) must notify Kazakhstan's migration service of the foreigner's arrival within 3 working days; hotels normally handle this automatically. Paid work or any labor activity is not permitted on the visa-free regime. The passport should be valid and have at least two blank pages. This regime remained in force as of 2026; travelers staying longer than 30 days, or for work or study, need an appropriate visa.
