Poland to Azerbaijan visa requirements

Polish (EU) passport holders need an e-visa for Azerbaijan. Apply online through the official ASAN Visa portal (evisa.gov.az) before travel; it grants a single entry and a stay of up to 30 days. Poland is an EU member state, and Polish ordinary passport holders are NOT visa-free for Azerbaijan. They must obtain an Azerbaijan electronic visa (e-visa) through the official ASAN Visa system at evisa.gov.az before travelling. Azerbaijan is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply here. The e-visa is a single-entry document permitting a stay of up to 30 days; it must be obtained in advance (there is no general visa-on-arrival for tourists). The standard e-visa costs USD 25 (USD 20 state fee + USD 5 service fee) and is processed within 3 working days; an urgent option costs USD 60 and is processed within about 3 hours. Once issued, the e-visa is valid for entry within 90 days from the issue date. Passports should be valid for at least 3-6 months beyond the trip. Travellers staying longer than 15 days must register with the State Migration Service within 15 calendar days of arrival.
