Poland to Angola visa requirements

Polish (PL) ordinary passport holders can travel to Angola visa-free for tourism, staying up to 30 days per entry. As a Poland (EU member state) ordinary passport holder, you do NOT need a visa for a short tourist visit to Angola. Following Angola's Presidential Decree expanding visa exemption (in force since late 2023 and covering all EU member states), Polish nationals may enter visa-free for tourism for up to 30 days per entry, capped at a maximum of 90 days within any calendar year and limited to three visa-free entries per year. The exemption is granted at the border at no charge. To qualify you must travel strictly for tourism (work, study or long-stay purposes still require the appropriate visa), hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay with at least two blank pages, and be able to show a return/onward ticket, proof of accommodation and sufficient funds. Angola is in Southern Africa and is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route. If you intend to stay longer than 30 days, work, conduct paid business, or undertake any non-tourist activity, you must obtain the relevant visa (an eVisa/pre-visa or a consular visa) in advance instead of relying on the exemption.
