Philippines to Morocco visa requirements

Philippine ordinary passport holders can enter Morocco visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days. No visa or eVisa is required, and the AEVM electronic authorization does not yet apply to Filipino citizens (as of June 2026). Holders of an ordinary Philippines passport do not need a visa to visit Morocco for tourism or short visits of up to 90 days. Morocco grants visa-free entry to Filipino citizens, and entry is simply stamped on arrival at the port of entry. Morocco is in North Africa and is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply here. Morocco operates an Electronic Travel Authorization called the AEVM (Autorisation Electronique de Voyage au Maroc), launched in July 2022 via the official acces-maroc.ma portal, but as of June 2026 it applies only to a small set of nationalities (Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Ghana, Guinea). The Philippines is NOT among the AEVM-required countries, so Filipino travelers currently enter visa-free with no online pre-registration. Morocco has stated an intention to eventually extend AEVM to all visa-exempt nationalities; travelers should re-check acces-maroc.ma before booking, as this could change. At the border, expect to show a passport valid for the duration of stay (6 months recommended), a return/onward ticket, proof of accommodation, and possibly proof of sufficient funds. Visa-free entry covers tourism, family visits, and short business meetings only; paid work, study, or stays beyond 90 days require the appropriate visa or residence permit obtained in advance through a Moroccan diplomatic mission.
