🇳🇱Netherlands🇵🇾ParaguayNL-PY Netherlands to Paraguay visa requirements
Dutch (ordinary passport) travellers do NOT need a visa for tourism in Paraguay. You may enter and stay visa-free for up to 90 days, with no advance application and no reciprocity fee. Netherlands ordinary passport holders enjoy visa-free access to Paraguay for short tourist visits. As an EU member state national, a Dutch citizen may enter Paraguay and stay for up to 90 days without obtaining a visa in advance and without paying the reciprocity/entry fee that Paraguay charges some other nationalities (such as US, Canadian, Australian, Russian, Indian and New Zealand citizens). No electronic travel authorisation is required. The only formal requirements are a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry, an immigration entry stamp on arrival, and the standard supporting evidence of a genuine short visit (return/onward ticket, proof of accommodation and sufficient funds). The 90-day allowance is for tourism and similar short non-remunerated purposes; longer stays, work, study or residence require the appropriate visa or residence permit obtained through Paraguay's immigration authority (Direccion General de Migraciones). Travellers should always confirm the latest rules with the Paraguayan embassy/consulate or the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs before departure, as entry conditions can change.
