Netherlands to Honduras visa requirements

No visa required. Dutch ordinary passport holders can enter Honduras visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days within the CA-4 region (Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua). Just carry a passport valid for at least 3 months, proof of onward travel, and proof of sufficient funds. Honduras grants visa-free entry to ordinary passport holders of the Netherlands (and all EU/Schengen states) for short tourist and business stays of up to 90 days. Honduras is part of the Central America-4 (CA-4) Border Control Agreement, so the 90-day allowance is shared across Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua: the clock starts when you enter the first CA-4 country and the total stay in all four combined cannot exceed 90 days within a 180-day period. On arrival, an immigration officer stamps the passport; there is no advance visa, eVisa, or ETA, and no entry fee for the stamp. The passport must be valid for at least three months beyond arrival, and travelers should be ready to show a return/onward ticket and evidence of funds. If a longer stay is needed, a one-time 30-day extension can be requested in-country from the immigration authority (Instituto Nacional de Migracion). Honduras is in Central America and is not part of the Schengen Area, so the EU 90/180 Schengen rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route (ETIAS only affects Hondurans traveling to Europe).
