Do India passport holders need a visa to visit Philippines?

Visa required. eVisa (USD 30) or consular visa available; 14-day visa-free for selected groups via Boracay/Cebu. Indian passport holders generally need a visa to enter the Philippines. The Philippines offers two pathways: (1) a 14-day visa-free entry for Indians with valid Australian, Japanese, Canadian, Schengen, Singaporean, UK, or US visa/permit holding (or permanent residency), or (2) a pre-arranged Philippine tourist visa for those without such credentials. The eVisa was launched in late 2023 via tourismvisa.dfa.gov.ph for Indian nationals; it costs around USD 30 and processes in 5-10 working days. Multi-entry tourist visas valid up to 6 months are also available. All travellers (visa-free or visa-holding) must complete the mandatory eTravel registration within 72 hours before arrival. India-Philippines travel is growing with direct flights between Delhi/Mumbai and Manila. For work, study, journalism, or stays beyond the standard 30 days the corresponding Philippine visa is required.
