Israel to Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) visa requirements

Israeli ordinary passport holders can visit Taiwan visa-free for up to 90 days for tourism. No visa or pre-approval is required, but you must complete the free online immigration arrival card within 3 days before arrival. Israel is on Taiwan's visa-exempt list. Holders of an ordinary Israeli passport may enter Taiwan for tourism, business visits, or family visits without a visa and stay for up to 90 days, counted from the day after arrival. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months on the date of entry, and travelers need a confirmed return or onward ticket. Since late 2023, Taiwan requires all arriving travelers (including visa-exempt visitors) to fill out a free Online Immigration Arrival Card within 3 days before arrival, replacing the old paper card. The 90-day visa-free period generally cannot be extended (only Canadian and British citizens may extend to 180 days under reciprocity), so Israelis wishing to stay longer must leave and re-enter or apply for an appropriate visa. Taiwan is not part of the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. There is no visa fee for visa-free entry.
