Israel to Nepal visa requirements
Israeli ordinary passport holders do NOT travel visa-free to Nepal, but they can obtain a tourist visa on arrival (VOA) at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and at land borders. Israel is not on Nepal's short list of nationalities barred from VOA, so the process is straightforward. Nepal grants visa on arrival to most nationalities, including Israel, for tourism. An Israeli ordinary passport holder can fly into Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu) or arrive at a designated land border and obtain a tourist visa on the spot in three duration tiers: 15 days for USD 30, 30 days for USD 50, or 90 days for USD 125, payable in cash (US dollars preferred; other major currencies accepted at the airport). The visa is multiple-entry and valid for tourism only. To save time at the counter, travelers may complete the online Visa Pre-Registration (Online Application) form within 15 days before arrival and bring the printout, plus a passport photo. The passport must be valid for at least six months. Nepal is in South Asia and is NOT in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Tourists obtaining VOA may stay a cumulative maximum of 150 days within one Nepali calendar year, and visas can be extended at the Department of Immigration in Kathmandu or Pokhara (minimum 15-day extension, USD 45, plus USD 3 per additional day). Note that a small list of nationalities (e.g., Afghanistan, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iraq, Liberia, Nigeria, Palestine, Somalia, Swaziland, Syria, Zimbabwe, and refugee-document holders) must obtain a visa in advance from a Nepali mission; Israel is not on this list and is fully eligible for VOA.
