Do Hong Kong passport holders need a visa to visit JM?
Holders of an HKSAR ordinary passport can visit Jamaica visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism or a short visit. No visa, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival is needed before travel. A Hong Kong SAR ordinary passport holder does NOT need a visa to enter Jamaica for tourism or a short visit. Jamaica grants visa-free entry for a stay of up to 30 days, as confirmed by the Hong Kong Immigration Department's official visa-free access list and Jamaica's Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA). Jamaica is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Travelers must still hold a passport valid for the duration of stay, carry a return or onward ticket, show proof of sufficient funds, and complete the mandatory online Immigration/Customs (C5) declaration before arrival. Admission and the exact length of stay are always granted at the discretion of the immigration officer at the port of entry. There is no government visa fee because no visa is required.
