Do United Kingdom passport holders need a visa to visit HT?

UK ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to visit Haiti for tourism and can stay for up to 90 days. A US$10 tourist fee is collected on arrival. Note: the UK FCDO currently advises against ALL travel to Haiti due to severe security risks. British citizens holding an ordinary passport are visa-free for tourist stays in Haiti of up to 90 days. No advance visa or eVisa is required; entry is granted on arrival at the airport on payment of a US$10 tourist/entry fee in cash. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival and have clear pages for stamps. A departure tax (around US$55) applies but is usually built into the airfare. Importantly, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advises against all travel to Haiti because of widespread gang violence, kidnapping, civil unrest and the very limited ability of the UK to provide consular assistance. Travel insurance may be void while an FCDO 'advise against all travel' notice is in place, and commercial flight options are heavily disrupted. For stays beyond 90 days, or for work, study or business, a visa must be arranged in advance through the Haitian Embassy in London.
