Do Finland passport holders need a visa to visit SE?
No. A Finnish ordinary-passport holder needs no visa to visit Sweden. As an EU and Nordic citizen, you enjoy full freedom of movement and can enter, stay, and travel for tourism with just a valid passport or national ID card. Finland and Sweden are both EU member states and members of the Schengen Area and the Nordic Passport Union. Finnish citizens therefore have an unconditional right of free movement into Sweden and need no visa, no ETIAS, and no entry permit of any kind. For a short tourist visit, simply carry a valid Finnish passport or national identity card to prove your identity and citizenship. Under the Nordic Passport Union, no travel document is strictly required when moving between Nordic countries (a Nordic driving licence can prove identity), but a passport or ID card is recommended because Sweden has operated temporary internal border checks at its land borders (including with Finland) since 2015 and you must be able to document your citizenship. EU citizens may stay in Sweden for up to three months with no conditions; staying beyond three months requires meeting "right of residence" criteria (work, study, self-employment, or sufficient funds), but this does not apply to a normal tourist trip. ETIAS is a future travel authorisation for visa-exempt non-EU nationals only and does not apply to Finnish (EU) citizens. The Schengen 90/180 rule also does not constrain EU citizens exercising free movement.
