Finland to Saudi Arabia visa requirements

Finnish passport holders need a visa for Saudi Arabia, but can obtain it quickly online. As an EU/Schengen nationality, Finland is on the eligible list for the Saudi tourist eVisa: a 1-year, multiple-entry visa allowing stays of up to 90 days per visit. Visa on arrival is also available to Finns at major airports, but the eVisa is recommended. Saudi Arabia is not visa-free for Finnish citizens, but Finland is one of the ~60 eVisa-eligible nationalities (all EU/Schengen states qualify). The tourist eVisa is applied for entirely online via the official Saudi portal (visa.visitsaudi.com) or the Visit Saudi app. It is valid for 1 year from issue, permits multiple entries, and allows a maximum stay of 90 days per visit. The total cost is roughly SAR 535 / about USD 142, which bundles the visa fee with mandatory medical insurance. Approval is usually issued within minutes to a few business days. Finnish travelers are also entitled to a visa on arrival at major international airports (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) for the same fee, but securing the eVisa before departure is strongly advised to avoid airport delays. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from arrival. Saudi Arabia is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route.
