Egypt to Singapore visa requirements

Egyptian ordinary passport holders DO need a visa to visit Singapore. You must obtain an electronic entry visa (e-Visa) before travel, applied through a local sponsor in Singapore or an Authorised Visa Agent. Egypt is an Assessment Level 2 nationality for Singapore, meaning Egyptian ordinary passport holders must obtain a visa before arrival — there is no visa-free entry or visa-on-arrival. The visa is issued electronically (e-Visa) and the application must be submitted through the ICA e-Service by a local contact (a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, aged 21+, with a Singpass account) or via a Singapore Overseas Mission / Authorised Visa Agent / strategic partner. A Letter of Introduction (Form V39A) from the local contact is required, and Egyptian nationals are generally issued single or double-entry visas only. The government processing fee is S$30 (non-refundable), and applications are normally processed within three working days. Importantly, the visa only authorises you to seek entry; the actual length of stay is granted at the checkpoint via an electronic Visit Pass (e-Pass), commonly up to 30 days for tourists. Passport must be valid at least 6 months. Apply within 30 days before arrival.
