Do China passport holders need a visa to visit Philippines?

14-day visa-free pilot (since 16 Jan 2026) at NAIA and Mactan-Cebu; eVisa for longer trips. Effective 16 January 2026, Chinese ordinary passport holders may enter the Philippines visa-free for up to 14 days under a 12-month pilot. Entry must be through Ninoy Aquino International (NAIA, Manila) or Mactan-Cebu International (MCIA). Trips beyond 14 days or through other ports of entry require an eVisa via VFS Global. Transit passengers continuing to a third country need a transit visa.
