China to Morocco visa requirements

Chinese ordinary passport holders can enter Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days. Holders of a PRC ordinary passport can enter Morocco without a visa for short stays of up to 90 days. The visa-free policy has applied since 1 June 2016, and no advance eVisa or visa-on-arrival application is required for the exempt route. On 21 June 2026, Morocco's official Acces Maroc eligibility API returned the exemption code for a China nationality, ordinary passport, tourist-purpose query, while Chinese MFA and Embassy guidance also states that Chinese citizens may enter Morocco visa-free for no more than 90 days. Travelers still need to satisfy border inspection: carry a passport valid for more than 6 months, a return or onward ticket, accommodation or host/residence proof, enough funds for the stay, and purpose-specific documents such as a business invitation, academic invitation, or family proof where relevant. Staying beyond 90 days without arranging residence with the local police can lead to fines, deportation, or other legal consequences.
