Do Brazil passport holders need a visa to visit RW?

Brazilian ordinary passport holders need a visa for Rwanda. The recommended option is the online V-1 tourist eVisa via Rwanda's IremboGov portal (USD 50, single entry, 30-day stay). A visa on arrival is also available at Kigali International Airport and land borders for the same fee with no prior application. Brazil is NOT covered by Rwanda's fee waivers, which apply only to African Union / Commonwealth / Francophonie members and a specific list of countries. As of 31 May 2026, Brazil is not on Rwanda's visa-exempt or fee-waived lists, so a Brazilian ordinary passport holder requires a visa for tourism. Rwanda allows citizens of all countries to obtain a visa, either online in advance through the official IremboGov eVisa platform (migration.gov.rw) or on arrival at the border without prior application. The standard V-1 visitor (tourist) visa costs USD 50 for single entry (valid 30 days) or USD 70 for multiple entry (valid 90 days).
