Argentina to Ireland visa requirements

Argentine ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourist or short visits to Ireland and can stay up to 90 days. Argentina is on Ireland's list of non-visa-required (visa-exempt) countries, an arrangement in place since 1975. Holders of an ordinary Argentine passport may enter Ireland for tourism, business or family visits for up to 90 days without any visa or pre-travel authorisation. Ireland is NOT part of the Schengen Area and maintains its own independent visa policy, so the Schengen 90/180-day rule does NOT apply, and the EU's ETIAS travel authorisation is NOT required for Ireland. There is no application fee and no online form to complete before travel. Entry is granted at the discretion of an Irish immigration officer at the border, who may ask to see a passport valid for the duration of stay, proof of sufficient funds, a return/onward ticket and accommodation details. Visa-free entry covers tourism and short business visits only — it does not permit work or long-term study.
